With today's busy schedules between work, kids, etc., anytime you can get 16 friends together for a night out is always special. That alone is a successful evening but when you combine it with great food and great service, you have a memorable evening. That is what makes La Stanza Diva so special, especially for me and it is mainly thanks to its leader, Chef Lynne and her entire staff.  Quite simply, she knows what makes her restaurant special and people do not only get a great meal when they visit but they also leave having a great experience.  It is a textbook case of Service 101. 

My friends were not disappointed as everybody raved about the food and the night was filled with many stories and even more laughs. For my wife Tracy and me, knowing Chef Lynne allows us to feel like royalty when we go there because she always makes sure to say hello to our group and sends out something special for us during the night.  Despite being ultra busy on a Saturday night, the wait staff gives you their undivided attention and makes every guest feel like they are their only party.

Just want to compliment you on your most excellent Putanesca Sauce. As I told you Saturday night, I have eaten this everywhere and yours is up there with the best which I found in Aruba at La Dolce Vita. Yours may be even better since I have been trying to get the word across to the chef there that he uses way too many olives although the product is excellent. You used the best quantity. Love it and will most certainly be back. Now I don't have to fly 4 hours to get the best Putanesca!

My new husband Ondreaj and I would like to sincerely thank you and your staff for our wonderful wedding reception on June 30th that you all helped to arrange.  Our guests had a great time and were totally impressed both by the food and the service.  Cindy Carey was a great liaison person for me, explaining what could be done for a function, and the staff on the reception night was wonderful.  Our wait staff Lynne and Rogerio were helpful, poised and patient - and I know we were weren’t an easy party to deal with, we must have taken ten years off their lives.  Please tell them that we really appreciated their consistent friendliness, efficiency and patience throughout the evening. 

My friends and guests keep telling me what a fantastic time they had, what a funky place La Stanza Diva is, and that they want to come back and eat there again!  Our most sincere thanks to you all.

Words cannot express how amazing Monday night was! I cannot say thank you enough. My husband was so surprised, and was so excited to share your wonderful restaurant with all of our friends and family. The appetizers, as usual, were amazing, we still cannot believe the sauce that is over the fried mozzarella, it is so good! Short Ribs are Joel's favorite and they were clearly fresh and cooked with care! The real winner, the Tilapia! HOW DELICIOUS!!!!

I am so impressed with your attention to detail. Joel felt like the whole evening was for him - from the menu preparations to the dessert table. The cookies were so great, freshly baked - fondue was the best thing to end the meal. I do not know how you did it all!

Not to mention the wait staff, who were so helpful the whole evening, even offering to go get us some more wine when we ran out. The Tony Barrie band really was the icing on the cake. What a special night, thank you so much once again.

What a great party we had on my "big birthday." I have to give you complete credit and accolades for you great cooking and generosity.  The food served was the best. Testimony to a wonderful Chef who can whip up anything that a customer requests.

Also, Rogerio did a great job for us. We never wanted for anything. Thanks fro the great cake and the shrimp scampi which was fabulous.

Last night my wife and I had the incredible experience of being brought to your magnificent restaurant by our daughter and son-in-law, and it was our first visit. Even though I went up to your kitchen area to tell you how impressed I was, I thought it important to send you a semi-brief note.

Not only was  the quality of everything served to us beyond expectation and thoroughly delicious, but the portions were so large that three out of four took home leftovers to savor today.

We can't wait to return, and we have been lauding La Stanza Diva to all of our friends in the hope that they'll join us to wallow in the pleasure of your culinary delights. Thank you so much for presenting this unique dining experience.

Awesome job for my sister! Oh My God... she's been going on in my ear for nearly 45 minutes. She and her husband and their friends totally enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. She just finished her leftovers (yes... I got the soup to nuts description of every morsel... drooool)! I can't thank you enough for making my brother-in-law's birthday, and first LSD experience all it was!

Just wanted to let you know we all had a great time!! It actually worked out well that we were in the dining room. Other tables joined our celebration. Lisa and Alana did a fabulous job...they will tell you I was a little stressed in the beginning but quickly realized they had everything under control and I could relax. The food was fantastic as usual and lots of it!! Thank you for making my Dad's 75th birthday a successful and memorable occasion. Most importantly, he had a great time!

I wanted to say we had a WONDERFUL time at my Mom's party. The food was AMAZING as always. The polenta was unbelievable and people raved over the eggplant parm. We had a ton of leftovers, which we're so psyched for. We'll be eating the scrumptious food for days!

Dear Chef Lynne,

When my family spent last Thursday evening at your restaurant, I was prepared to have a "nice" evening. Instead I had an epiphany! I was not alone, we were all very quiet on the ride home suffering from shock and awe! We have relived this night with any friend or family members that would listen. My youngest daughter is still talking about your artichokes and your vodka sauce left a tear in my Father-in-Law's eye. The pecorino cheese with truffle oil and walnuts and your stuffed veal chop... simply mesmerizing! You are a truly talented chef that has honed her craft! We thank you for cooking for us on Thursday and look f forward to sharing another evening with you very soon.
