Q. I absolutely love your recipes! I
recently found out that Food Network interviewed you. I love the
Food Network. Actually, I think you could beat Giada DeLaurentis
any day. I love to cook Italian. I just printed out a recipe for
Kaluaha Tiramisu. I am inspired by you. I love how everything
seems like homemade. Please e-mail me back and let me know how
everything is going. You are my idol in cooking. I knew you
would succeed. Congratulations! I love cooking and I just want
to know how you became so successful?

Dear Diana,
I started in Dijon, France where I took a cooking class for fun.
Then I came back to Boston and got the lowest position in a top
notch restaurant in town. From there I jumped around to
different restaurants until I mastered each one and moved on
along with several trips to Europe to eat. I read about food all
the time, I do all my own shopping so I can see what's out there
and what's in season and I create different dishes with the
ingredients I get. I think, eat and breathe food. It is my
passion and I love it...
Thank you so much for the great compliments!!! I will be on Food
Network, they just have to come back 2 more times to shoot me
and some of my dishes! It's been a wonderful journey and I am
so lucky I can make people happy with my food..
